Our Contact Center is more than a call center for credit union information —
— it's a MyPoint Credit Union branch office that you visit via the phone number listed or via email on your computer. You can conduct most of your business with our Contact Center that you can at our other branches: fund transfers, loan payments, and rate queries. You can also open an account, see what checks have cleared, have a check mailed to you, or apply for a loan.
