- An adult is required to be a joint owner of the account

Looney Tunes™ Savings Club Accounts are subject to transaction limitations that apply to Savings Accounts as disclosed in our Membership Account Agreement and Disclosure. All dividend rates are subject to change at any time. The Looney Tunes™ Savings Club Account is available only to members who are up to 12 years of age. The Looney Tunes™ Savings Club Account will be converted to a Secondary Savings Account when the member reaches the age of 13 and the terms of that Account will apply thereafter. Looney Tunes™ Savings Club Accounts are not eligible for a debit card or ATM card.
